It’s not often I write about games, but one of my favorite sci-fi series, The Expanse, is getting gamed, even as I wait for Homeworld III. It will be for PC via Epic Games Store, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.

What I loved about the expanse was the gritty realism and the depth of characters set against a dystopian human future, which we seem to like. It brings together themes from Heinlein’s The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress while being very original.
